Life is Choices — Part 2

Responsibility & attitude. By Lee Foulis

You and I have the power to change our lives for the better. However, that means you, and you alone are responsible for your choices and their consequences.

NO victim stories, no excuses, no denying. Once you accept this you empower yourself.

The more responsible you become — the further your wings will stretch. As long as you blame others, the economy, your ex, your brother, parents or boss for the circumstances you find yourself in; you are giving away your power and freedom. Your freedom to choose your destiny and your power to change your circumstances.

For if “they” caused it, only “they” can change it, not so?

Choose to be the captain of your own ship. Choose to be responsible for your life and its outcomes.

Life is Choices

What have I blamed on others and what am I ready to take responsibility for?

Choose your attitude.

Your attitude refers to your thinking, feeling and behaviour towards a person or situation. Perhaps it is time to take a closer look at your attitude, those habitual thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Ask yourself if there isn’t another way you could approach a situation by changing the way you have been thinking and feeling about it. Thereby changing your attitude.

A change in attitude may just be the catalyst to a happier life.

Describe your current attitude and how you can alter it. If you can, refer to a specific situation or person.

Life is Choices. Choose with intention. Live with purpose.
